Security

This system meets or exceeds industry-standard security protocols. Security of the system is established at the system, server, application levels, and at log in.

Keeping your login data confidential is part of security. You can update your password from the Change Password screen that is available from the login page.

Safeguards remain flexible enough to assign system-access to new employees. Access for terminated employees to a self-service Employee PayView role is optional for each organization. A number of days to allow terminated employees online access to paystubs and W-2s can be defined to allow staff who have a TERMINATED status to still access the system. Without setup for that, employees with a TERMINATED status no longer have valid login credentials for the system.

Restricted data items can be hidden from view entirely to protect confidentiality, while other data items can be view-only, letting a user look at data but not alter or enter information.
