Current Plans
All current benefit plans associated with your records display on the page as your current benefit plans. If recorded in the system, the following information displays: your cost, your deductible, and your benefit amount.
When a plan description is underlined, you can click on the link for more information.

Plans are grouped, and each plan has two lines of information.
On the first line, values include:
- Plan Description. The description of the plan displays. Click on an underlined plan to open a secondary window with additional plan information or information about the benefit provider.
- Effective. The coverage begin date and end date display. When no end date has been specified, then 12/31/2099 displays as the end date.
- Your Cost. Your cost displays in the "Your Cost" column.
- Deductible. The plan deductible, when defined in the system, displays as the deductible amount.
- Dep/Ben. View who is covered by a particular plan or who is a defined beneficiary. This screen is view only. Follow your organizations policies for submitting changes through a status change enrollment or by following the procedures outlined by your organization's benefits or HR department.
On the second line, values include:
- Coverage Description. The description of the coverage code displays under the plan description.
- Benefit Amount. The maximum benefit amount displays under the deductible. Unlike a cost, the benefit amount is the maximum dollar amount that a benefit could be worth, such as a $10,000 maximum life insurance amount.
