Benefit Links

The "Employee Benefit Links" page summarizes the plan descriptions, types, insurance provider, and effective dates.

When a plan description is underlined and in blue text, you can click on the link to more information.

Plans are listed alphabetically, and each displays one line of information. Columns include:

• Benefit Plan.  The description of the plan displays. Click on an underlined plan to open a secondary window with additional plan information or information about the benefit provider.
• Benefit Type.  The description of the benefit type displays.
• Insurer.  The name of the carrier or vendor displays in the Insurer column.
• Effective.  The coverage begin date displays.
