Details

The Employee Testing Detail is used to record tests taken by current employees.

Create a separate employee test record for each relevant test.

Log the test identification, test date, results, the name of the person who can serve as a reference (such as a test administrator, facilitator, or verifier), and any comments.

The Employee Information profile provides a list of the employee's recorded tests.

Summary of Tests

A plus button is available to add a testing record. To open the Tests window, click on an Edit link or the plus button.

If there are no education records for this individual, the following text displays: "You have no testing information defined."

The following columns display: Type, Date, Results, and Comments.

  • Type.  The test code.
  • Date.  The test date in mm/dd/yyyy format.
  • Results.  The test results.
  • Comments.  Any comments regarding the test or test results.
