Fields on the Map Deduction Import Table

• Code (required).  When adding a new record, enter the deduction pay code from the Time and Attendance system. A code needs to be ten characters or less with no spaces or special characters.
• Description.  When adding a new record, type a Description of thirty characters or less.

• Active?  This code needs to be active for time-import processing to create records when a time import file includes this Code as its pay code and the row is for a deduction. An active code has the Active checkbox selected, making the code available and keeping the code in effect as a valid code for processing time imports.

• Deduction Code.  Choose the system Deduction Code that all of the imported deduction records with the mapped "Code" are processed to during a time import.
