Fields on the Union Codes Table

• Code.  Enter a Code, of ten characters or less with no spaces or special characters.
• Active?  An active code has the Active checkbox selected, making the code available and keeping the code in effect as a valid choice.
• Bargain Unit.  A Bargain Unit is selected for union negotiations.

Contract Information

• Union Contact.  One Union Contact and pertinent contact information can be recorded.
• Contract Number.  Union Contract information can also be defined.
