Overview

Fields on a Bargain Unit Code

• Code (required).  Enter a code of ten characters or less with no spaces or special characters.
• Description (required).  Enter a description of thirty characters or less for the code.
• Active?  An active code has the Active checkbox selected, making the code available and keeping the code in effect as a valid choice.  

Contact Information

• Grievance Contact.  The contact person in the event of a grievance for an employee who belongs to this bargain unit.
• Contact Phone.  The phone number for the grievance contact.
• Grievance Procedure.  The agreed upon procedure in the event of a grievance for an employee who belongs to this bargain unit.
