Employee Competency Reporting utilizes the data you have presumably entered into the Talent Profiles and Review Events screen within the Performance Management module. It then takes that data and organizes it into a 10 star rating system. Once all of the employee's competencies have been evaluated, it averages the competency ratings per profile, and provides access to a detailed view of results.
