The Compliance Documents table provides the source of on-boarding tax forms and compliance documents for self-service on-boarding.

A record on the Compliance Documents table should have an attachment. The form attachment is used as the document. Forms can only be attached and accessed through the online system.

Unlike on-boarding documents, documents available on the Company Documents page are uploaded and managed separately from the Company Documents screen. For additional documents at the end of the on-boarding process, the online Company Document management tool can be used to add an "Onboarding Documents" folder and documents.
